1. The Prosecutor of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and prosecutors subordinate to him shall supervise the exact and uniform implementation of the Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and laws on the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

2. The powers, organization and procedure for the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic shall be determined by a constitutional law.
