Kabaloev Oleg Kantemirovich was born October 6th, 1954 in the town of Pervomaisk, Nikolayev Region, Ukranian Soviet Socialist Republic.

Kabaloev O.K. completed the full course of studies of the Faculty of Law at the State University of North Osetiya in the city of Ordzhonikidze.

1981-1996 occupied the following positions: Legal Adviser at industrial enterprises, Criminal Inspector, Senior Criminal Inspector, Deputy Head of Investigation Department of the town Department of Internal Affairs of the town of Tiraspol.

1996-2002 the Judge of the Town Court of the town of Tiraspol.

Kabaloev O.K. is Honoured Lawyer of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica. The Judge of the Superior Qualification Class.

Kabaloev O.K. decorated with the medal "Ten Years of Irreproachable Service" (1989), the medal "For Labour Valour" (2004), the jubilee medal "To the 15th Anniversary of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika" (2005), the medal "To the Irreproachable Service ІІІ degree" (2007).

November 21st, 2001 appointed the Judge of the Constitutional Court by the Order of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica "To Appointment of the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica".
