Karamanutsa Viktor Ivanovich was born on September 27, 1959 in the village of Ternovka Slobodzeya District, Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic.

Karamanutsa V.I graduated from University of Agriculture In Hungury in 1984.

Karamanutsa V.I. completed the full course of studies at the Faculty of State Organisation and Law at the Russian Academy of State Service at the President of the Russian Federation in 2001.

Occupied the position of the Chief Engineer of the Collective Farm named after G.I.Kotovskiy in the village of Ternovka.

1990-1993 occupied the position of the Chairman of the Ternovka Village Council of the People's Deputies.

1990 elected as the Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica and occupied the position of the Chairman of Self-Government Committee.

1993-1996 Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica and the Chairman of Chamber of Nationalities.

1996-2000 the Chairman of the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica.

2001-2002 Head of Administrative Staff of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica.

Karamanutsa V.I. is the Judge of the Superior Qualification Class.

1995 decorated with the Order "For Personal Courage"

1999 decorated with the Order of Honour.

2000 decorated with medal "To the Tenth Anniversary of the Union of the Russian Cossacks".

2000 decorated with the medal "To the Tenth Anniversary of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika".

2001 decorated with the medal "For Irreproachable Service (IIIrd grade)".

2005 decorated with the jubilee medal "To the 15th Anniversary of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika".

2006 decorated with the medal "For Labour Valour" (2006).

November 21st, 2001 appointed the Judge of the Constitutional Court by the Order No.335 of the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica "To Appointment of the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublica".

On March 1st, 2005 by the Order of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika No.14-k from March 1st, 2005 "About appointment of Judge Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublka" to the position of Judge Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublka was appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court Karamanutsa Victor Ivanovich.
