CHAPTER 7. OTHER QUESTONS OF INTERNAL
ACTIVITY OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE
PRIDNESTROVSKAIA MOLDAVSKAIA RESPUBLIKA

§ 66. Plenary Sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

1. For consideration and making decisions of organizational, financial, personnel and other questions on internal activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika except the questions decided according to the Constitutional Law of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika "On the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika" the plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be carried out.

2. The plenary sessions shall be convoked by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika or by the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika or by the Judge-Secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika under the assignment of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika. The plenary session shall be convoked on the requirement of a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

3. Staff officials of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and other persons shall have the right to be present in the plenary sessions.

4. The decisions adopted in the plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall come into legal force in case they shall be adopted by the majority of the total number of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

5. The plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall not take into consideration the statements from item j) of Part One Article 24, Part Five Article 79 of the Constitutional Law of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika "On the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika".

6. The decisions in plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be adopted by the majority of the total number of Judges present in session.

7. The record or the verbatim record shall be made in plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

8. The decisions adopted in plenary sessions of Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be obligatory for all the Judges and the Staff officials of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

§ 67. The Boards Created by the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

1. For preparation of questions on making changes and additions in the Rules, personnel, budget, information questions, generalization of activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and for other purposes the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall have the right to create temporary and permanent boards from among the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika. The board shall be created of the Staff officials of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

2. The board making the verification of the suficiency of the information arrived in the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika for consideration of the question about the termination of powers of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika on the grounds stipulated in items f), h), i) Part One Article 24 Of the Constitutional Law of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika "On the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika" shall include the three Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika determined on a law.

§ 68. The Scientific and Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

The Scientific and Advisory Council at the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be created which staff and activity shall be adopted in session.

<§ 69. The Information Provision of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

For the purpose of efficient and full information provision the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall create the information system containing the following information:

about laws and other legal enactments of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika;

about the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika;

about the decisions of foreign constitutional courts;

about the constitutional justice in the foreign states;

other information.

§ 70. Operation Activity of Judges and the Staff Officials of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

1. The Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika in session shall adopt the provisional diagram of disposal of legal proceedings for a quarter, shall determine the days of the week for the sessions to be carried out, the term of holidays of the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, shall adopt the provisional plan of business trips of the Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika including foreign business trips.

2. The operation activity of the staff of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be determined by the Rules of internal labour schedule and regulations about its devisions.
