The right to petition the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika with an inquiry of the constitutionality of the judicial proceedings shall be vested in the President of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, plenary sessions of the Supreme Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and the Superior Court of Arbitration of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, the Procurator of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, the Plenipotentiary on Human Rights in the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

The Inquiry to the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika for an advisory opinion on the constitutionality of the judicial proceedings shall be admissible if the petitioner deems the judicial proceedings as not subject to be brought into effect due to its non-conformity with the Constitution of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

If the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika passes the decision on the non-conformity of the judicial proceedings thereof with the Constitution of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika the judicial proceedings shall be dismissed.
