SECTION 4. FINAL PROVISIONS



Article 120. Staff of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

The activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be provided for by the staff comprising Judge Assistants and Judge Advisors of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and other subdivisions.
The Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall provide organizational, research and analytical, informational and referential, and other support of the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, receive visitors; shall consider the petitions to the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika as a prelimenary measure and in the events when the petitions do not pertain to the questions that require the examination by the Judges of the Constitutional Court; shall assist the Judges in preparation of cases and other questions for the consideration at sessions and conferences; study and evaluate the activity of state bodies providing for the execution of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika. Other subdivisions of the staff shall provide material and technical support, social and consumer services for the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
The Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika within the limits of its estimate of expenditures shall determine the size, structure and the list of staff positions; approve the Regulations of the Secretariat of the constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
The rights, duties, responsibility of the members of the staff of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, as well as the terms of their service shall be defined by the laws and other enactments on the public service, by the enactments on the legal status of the court staff members, as well as by labour legislation of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 121. The Archive of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

Documents on the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be kept in the Archive Department of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika. The documents on cases adopting decisions or advisory opinions by the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be kept in the Archive Department of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika for a period of a hundred years.
The original copies of the documents of decisions and advisory opinions of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be kept in the Archive Department of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika permanently.
Other documents on the activity of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be kept in the Archive Department of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika on a universal basis determined by the present Law of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
The statement on the Archive of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be confirmed by the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 122. The Library of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

The Library of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be organized to provide the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika with the normative law enactments, scientific and specific literature.
The statement on the Library of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be confirmed by the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 123. Official Publication of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika

The "Vestnik Konstitutsionnogo Suda Pridnestrovskoy Moldavskoy Respubliki" / "Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika"shall be the official publication of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 125. Symbols of Judicial Power of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respulika

The State Flag of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be raised over the premises of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
The depiction of the State Emblem of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and the State Flag of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be displayed in the courtroom of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.
The State Flag of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be placed in the office of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 126. The Judge of the Constitutional Court
of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall sit in gown

The Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall wear a breastplate that description and shape shall be confirmed by the Supreme Soviet of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika.

Article 127. Seat of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia
Respublika

The permanent seat of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be in the capital of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika, the City of Tiraspol.
Sessions of the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika shall be held at its permanent seat. The Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika may hold sessions in any other place whenever the Court deems it necessary.
